The challenge
Alan Bates Design had decided to rebrand themselves as Duchenne Design, in homage to the man who researched and defined the true natural smile. I was asked to bring that concept to life on their website, and in a couple of mailers.
What we did
Some simple words around the amount of muscles requires, a narrative around five differences/advantages and a ‘D’ that smiled in so many different ways.
What happened next
That was in 2012. Something must have worked, because, happily, both Duchenne and their website and the copy are still going strong today!
