The challenge
Attract buyers to the 376 new homes that made up Berkeley Homes’ flagship development next to Tower Bridge. The five-star concierge service and five-star views came with a five-star price: prices for a one-bedroom apartment started from £1,475,000. Quite.
What we did
The work was carried out in collaboration with Ziggurat Brands, who designed a nifty high-end-looking logo that created a number 1 and a T with a bridge. As well as write the original sales brochures, I named some of the buildings – after great royal houses: Lancaster, York, Wessex, Tudor and Windsor Houses, to be exact.
What happened next
Now, I’m in no doubt that the proximity of a certain bridge may just have had something to do with this. There were other comms released after we finished. But hey. 1 Tower Bridge fully sold out. 90% had already been sold by the time a show home was completed in June 2016, prior to completion of works in 2017.
