The challenge
Intellectual property lawyers fJ Cleveland (Now Cleveland Scott York) were investing vast amounts of high valuable senior partner time having the same 15-minute conversation again and again to establish the basics with new clients unfamiliar with trademark law. Could we remove some of that burden with an educational brochure?
What we did
Design and writing came together to recreate these conversations in a flexible flow chart that allowed readers to exit the dialogue when it suited them and seek answers to questions in the same way they would on a call.
What happened next
The brochure won a wood pencil for Writing for Design at D&AD.
