The challenge
The world of recruitment has changed in the last few years. There’s no margin for error, mistakes are costly, people are afraid of the consequences of a mistake. As a result requests are more demanding and more picky. Just as well our client is up to it. This job was done in collaboration with Kimpton Creative.
What we did
Exaggerate two things. 1) The MUST in Mustard – that and other DEMAND words went BIG to emphasise the stress. 2) We dialled up the requests to fairly barmy levels. Stress kills… better to stay calm and have fun.
Adopted the strapline: “Creative recruitment par excellence, for when it absolutely, totally MUST be right.”
Of all this, the beautifully crafted pencil boxes are really fun. Demented requests for the most impossibly specific shades of grey and black… and yet… and yet… if anyone’s gonna get you such a pencil… it’s Mustard. Of course.
