Pull out something few designers draw attention to: joy.
What happened next
Jim keeps finding new ways to surprise. Sutherl& Studio launched, and before anyone blinked won an award. OK, no surprise there. & then they won another one. & another one & another one & then they were number one! OK, no surprise in any of that, either, until you consider that one person and a junior designer were outperforming huge major agencies. There’s great joy in that for sure.
