The challenge
Land Securities played a huge role in regenerating the area around Victoria Station. Cardinal Place, with its unmistakable swooping prow, was the jewel in the crown. They wanted to focus on its sheer flexibility as a major selling point.
What we did
For a building with options, what better than multiple choice questions… to which all answers were right.
The work was carried out in collaboration with Radford Wallis. As part if this project Radford Wallis had the insane brainwave to commission oversized stationery to mark out how space on the showfloor might be divvied up. Pure genius – I’ve put these images here for posterity. The ability to raise a smile is so powerful.
What happened next
Its 650,000 sq ft (1.5 Gherkins!) were fully let 6 months after completion, with Microsoft among the tenants.
