The challenge

The Hamptons was a St James Homes project in Worcester Park, Surrey. We produced the marketing collateral. The project was done in collaboration with Hat-trick Design. The task: convince people that a beautiful new life awaited them… and that a move here didn’t mean abandoning London.

What we did

The development was just 30 minutes from London, and half of it was given over to parkland. We based the marketing on the concept of ‘The Best of Both Worlds’. The New England-inspired architecture and community living allowed for some evocative storytelling about the scheme’s creation.

What happened next

100% sold. The website won a PAMADA award.

For us it started a long professional association with JTP, the architects of the scheme, who we interviewed extensively to build the narrative. That relationship lasts to this day. Check out strategy here and writing here.
